  To ensure that your Cartier clock remains in mint condition, we recommend that you clean it with a soft, dry cloth only. Never use alcohol, acetone or solvents.

  • CHANGING THE BATTERY

  The average lifetime of your battery is 1 year for desk clocks and 2 years for travel clocks.
  We advise you never to leave an old battery in your clock, as its degradation may impair the clock’s movement.
  We recommend that you only have your batteries changed by an approved Cartier After-Sales Service  .

  • WATER RESISTANCE

  Cartier clocks are not water resistant. Contact with water must be avoided at all costs.
