In order to have your Cartier clock diagnosed or serviced, we invite you to visit the Cartier boutique or authorized retailer of your choice, bringing your warranty certificate with you (if applicable).

The Complete Service involves the carrying out of a full detailed check of the performance of your Cartier clock.

Performed by a Cartier expert clock and watch maker, it includes: diagnosis and disassembly of the desk clock, replacement of parts subject to wear, and restoration of the movement.
