Your Cartier clock is an exceptional object. Conceived and created by Cartier's designers, it requires care and a general service once every two to three years. In order to have your Cartier clock diagnosed or serviced, we invite you to visit the Cartier boutique or authorized retailer of your choice, bringing your warranty certificate with you (if applicable).

WHAT IS THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE?

The Maintenance Service enables you to have specific parts unrelated to the movement changed.

Carried out by a Cartier technician, it includes: diagnosis and disassembly of the clock, replacement of parts subject to wear and tear, adjustment of the movement if necessary, and reassembly of the clock.

Note that availability of this service is dependent on the availability of appropriate replacement parts for the individual older models.
