CARTIER ROYAL - HIGH JEWELRY COLLECTION

27th BIENNALE DE PARIS
GRAND PALAIS, FROM SEPTEMBER 11 TO 21, 2014
The reign of exceptional stones

Beginning on September 11, Cartier will celebrate its legacy of precious stones and the Maison’s jewelry expertise at the 27th Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris.

For this occasion, Cartier will unveil an exceptional High Jewelry collection of approximately one hundred dazzling creations that showcase the Maison’s passion for exceptional stones.

This majestic collection of High Jewelry is a treasure trove of fine precious stones, revealing pools of light and facets of color in brilliant shades which intermingle into infinity.
The stones chosen by Cartier attest to the Maison’s long-held passion for gems, as well as to the skill employed in transforming them into High Jewelry creations.

REIGNING GEMS

Diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald: four gems which reign supreme, any time and anywhere, whose very names provide ample indication of their immense value... Beautiful in their brilliance, origin, rarity and deep, intense color, they are the embodiment of absolute perfection.

STONES OF THE WORLD

Gems carry within them a part of history and legend that are at the heart of their mystery. Cartier knows the art of understanding their story and interpreting their secrets.
To the stylistic codes of Africa are added those of South America, Asia or Oceania.

DESIGN AS KING

Cartier cultivates and explores a simplicity of style. A clean-cut design, rigorous composition and abstract purity: these are the concepts which give rise to its energy, dynamism and rhythm. The line, the point and the curve: Cartier introduces movement with a single dash.

REVEALED STONES

Gems are a quintessential mode of expression for Cartier, which enhances their beauty through its magical expertise in creating exquisite glyptics or mosaics. With these rare and precious gems, each creation is a new adventure.
