Tank watch - the Maison's icon.
In order to commemorate our newly Tank, Tank Anglaise launched this year, TANK Gallery will be opened in our Minami Aoyama boutique.
The tank watch's square form which was inspired by a tank's 2D diagram in 1917 made a great impact to the watch making industry.
TANK Gallery will unvail the watch's history since the beggining to the present. Archive pieces which Cartier owns in Geneva and photos of "TANKIST" who understand its concept and loved the watch will be exhibited. We believe that you will enjoy the world of supremely sophisticated tank watch which is never faded away over long time and is loved by many people with its one and only style.
In addition, Tank Anglaise Stainless Steel & Pink Gold model which will be launched in November, 2012 will be open to public for the first time in Japan in "TANK Gallery".
