SHIPPING & DELIVERY
You may use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally; however, we are unable to ship to military addresses, hotels, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.
In addition, orders containing fragrance may have an additional lead time due to delivery restrictions. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your delivery address.
Personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead time of 1-2 working days. Also, limited availability for a creation might require an additional lead time of 5-7 working days.
Products that require a CITES certificate might require an additional lead time of up to 10 working days. CITES certificates are needed to import protected products by CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). You will see a notification in your Shopping Bag if you have added one of these products to your order.
Please note that due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurized or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance will be delivered via our standard shipping option only.

Delivery lead times and fees depend on your delivery address. The estimated delivery time and shipping fees are indicated when the billing address is entered. You may track the progress of your order online in the "My Cartier" section of the website.

Please note that the above days and times are estimates and are subject to adjustments due to unforseen circumstances.
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering to more than one address, we suggest placing a separate order for each address.
When purchasing from cartier.com or through our Ambassadors at the Client Relations Center, your order will be shipped from Switzerland. However, all duties and extra costs associated will be paid by Cartier. For all UK orders, the importer and Selling Entity is Richemont UK Ltd.

Orders placed on the Cartier website or via phone are beautifully wrapped in the signature Cartier gift wrapping and delivered in the traditional Cartier red box. A Cartier shopping bag is also enclosed within the package.
Please note that gift wrapping is not available for refills, watch straps and perfumes.
If you would prefer to not have your order gift wrapped, you can remove this option in your online shopping bag during the checkout process.
All orders placed on the website are also placed in discreet protected packaging for delivery.
If you prefer to have your order shipped to a boutique rather than your home, select “Boutique Pick Up” as the delivery option. The estimated date of collection will be reflected on the checkout page when you have selected the boutique of your choice.
Once the order has been placed, the boutique will hold your order for up to 30 days from the date of your order. Cartier reserves the rights to cancel the order if it is not collected within the stipulated time frame. If you are unable to pick up your creation in time, please contact us.
Appointments to pick up your order are strongly recommended, as you may experience extended wait times without one. You may easily book an appointment online through our Book an Appointment page.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect from your chosen Boutique.

Firstly, we must let you know no other persons are authorised to collect your order.
To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driver's license or ID card) together with your order collection email.
The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally.
If you wish to try on your item in the boutique and receive assistance from a Sales Associate, we request that upon receipt of your confirmation email you book an appointment to collect your item.
Only the person who placed the order is authorised to collect the item.

The boutique will hold your order for up to 30 days from the date of your order. Cartier reserves the rights to cancel the order if it is not collected within the stipulated time frame. If you are unable to pick up your creation in time, please contact us.
Your order will arrive at the boutique unwrapped so you may see your creation; our boutique can gift wrap it for you after, should you request it.
While most Cartier creations are able to ship within two business days, some items may require additional lead time:
- Personalised Items: Services such as engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments may require an additional lead-time of 1-2 working days.
- Limited Supply: Creations without immediate availability may require an additional lead-time of 5-7 working days.
- Animal Products: Products that require a CITES certificate may require an additional lead time of up to 10 working days.
