Cartier is pleased to accept the following credit cards as convenient means of payment: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
In order to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure, order and payment transactions online through the Cartier e-Boutique are processed using a secure server.
Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card.

To check the status of your order you Can log in to your My Cartier account. Alternatively, if you performed Guest Checkout, you will be able to access the status of your order through the "Order Information" section.


Regarding the shipment, after confirmation of your order, your local carrier (Fedex) will reach out to you to confirm the delivery date. They will keep you informed about the dispatch of your order at each step of the process. Orders over $30,000 USD will be sent with an alternative carrier, in these instances we ask you to contact our Cartier Client Relations Center information on 800-CARTIER (800-227-8437) or by email at contact.na@cartier.com for accurate delivery information.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Center as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.


Once a creation has been personalized, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

Delivery to any of our North American boutiques. All locations can be found in our "Find a Boutique" section. Kindly note that Out of Delivery Areas may experience longer than usual delivery times.


Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.

You may also access the website through your mobile phone or tablet.

You may purchase a maximum of five Cartier creations in one order. To discuss special or larger orders, please contact us at 1-800-Cartier, where an Ambassador will assist you with your purchase.

All creations displaying a “Details and Purchase” button may be purchased online, subject to availability. You may also complete your purchase by telephone, via our Client Relations Center at 1-800-Cartier.


If you are interested in purchasing a creation which is listed as “temporarily unavailable” or otherwise unable to be added to your bag, we invite you to contact our Client Relations Center, where a Cartier Ambassador will provide you with further information.

If you are unable or do not wish to complete your order online, you may contact our Client Relations Center at 1-800-Cartier and our Ambassadors will be pleased to assist you in placing your order. Your order acknowledgement and confirmation of order will be sent to you by fax or email.

Many of our creations are unable to have listed set prices on our site, including solitaire pieces and high jewelry items. For solitaire rings, the value of a creation will depend on the unique characteristics of the stones.
