Yes, with our Click & Collect service you can order online or by phone and collect from a Cartier boutique of your choice. To use this service, you will be able to select ‘Click & Collect’ as a delivery method during checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally. The boutique will hold your order for 30 days, after which your order will be returned and your original method of payment will be refunded. Note that this excludes personalised items.

Cartier timepieces may be purchased in our official Cartier boutiques or through our selective network of watch specialists.

Watch specialists are certified and experienced authorized dealers of Cartier creations who have been selected based on the high quality standards of their service.

Please note that while you can purchase all types of Cartier creations in Cartier boutiques (watches, jewelry, leather goods, writing instruments, etc.), watch specialists are dedicated to Cartier watches.
