What payment methods may I use?
Online: you can pay with the following credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer, Klarna, Apple pay or Paypal.
Please note that the Paypal payment method is only available for orders below €25,000.
In case of low product availability it will not be possible to pay with Paypal.
In our boutiques: you can pay with the same payment methods as for online orders with exception of Klarna and Paypal.
In addition, you can also pay by cash. Please contact our boutique to confirm the maximum amount you can pay in cash.
How may I check the status of my order?
If you have a Cartier account you can directly track your order.
If you performed a Guest Checkout without an account, you can Contact Us to find out the status of your order.
Cartier will also inform you of the progress of your order by email.
After confirmation of your order, your local carrier (DHL or UPS) will reach out to you to provide an estimated delivery date.
You will then receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment of your order on the carrier's website.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
In order to change or cancel your order, please Contact us as soon as possible to ascertain if this is possible.
We cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once it has been submitted, but we will make every effort to satisfy your request.

CAN I PAY LATER ?
Yes, you can pay later with the Klarna payment method.
Note that Pay Later has a maximum order value of CHF 3000.
HOW DO I PAY WITH KLARNA ON CARTIER.COM?
A new safe and simple way to pay for your Cartier online order. Shop today or pay 30 days later.
1. Add the creations you love to your shopping bag.
2. Choose Klarna at checkout and select the purchase option that Klarna offers you:
• Pay 30 days later: You have up to 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. After 30 days, your payment will be automatically deducted from your card with no additional charge. (note: maximum purchase of CHF 3000)
3. Once you confirm your online order with the option selected, Klarna will securely process payment information and all transactions take place via secured connections with the latest industry-standard security protocols.
Note: Klarna is an independent payment company and Cartier has no control over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not. If you have any trouble with your payments, we invite you to contact Klarna Customer Service.
You will be able to return the order that you paid for with Klarna for refund only by following the regular online return policy.
As soon as we have processed and approved your return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments and refund any amounts due.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes, feel free to Contact Us and our Ambassadors will be delighted to process your order.
WHAT CREATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ORDER ON CARTIER.COM?
All creations that feature an “Add to Shopping Bag” button on the product page are available for purchase online.
A product may be available for order even if its price is not displayed.
If you are interested in a creation whose product page does not show the "Add to Shopping Bag" button, or which is from a previous collection, please Contact Us.
WHAT IF I CANNOT SEE THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT?
A product may be available to purchase even if its price is not displayed.
For solitaire rings, the price of a creation will depend on the unique characteristics of the centre stone.
For high jewellery pieces, the price may only be provided by one of our Sales Associates in a Cartier Boutique. We invite you to book an appointment to learn more.

CAN I GET AN ITEM PERSONALISED?
Personalisation is available on certain creations: we offer engraving for our jewellery and watches, and embossing for leather goods.
You can also chose among various watch strap colours and tones.
Each product page indicates whether personalisation is available for this particular creation.
If you wish to have your Cartier creation engraved or embossed, please enter the text at the time of selecting the creation on the website.
You can also ask for this service when placing an order over the phone.
Please note that personalised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

How many items may I purchase in one order?
Each order can include a maximum of 5 Cartier creations.
If you wish to purchase more than 5 creations in one order, please Contact Us.
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO MY ORDER IF IT IS A GIFT?
Yes, you can include a personalised message in your purchase.
A blank signature Cartier card is enclosed with every purchase for you to write your own message.
Alternatively, we can print your message directly on this card for you. For this option, please write your message in the designated area during the checkout process. Or if you place your order over the phone with one of our Ambassadors, provide them with the message.

DO CARTIER CREATIONS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
When you purchase a creation on Cartier.com, it will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity stamped with "Cartier e-Boutique Europe".
In case you wish to return or exchange a creation, it will be mandatory to include this certificate into the return parcel.
