For the repair or maintenance of your Cartier creation, we are pleased to offer you the option to maintain your creation in the Cartier boutique of your choice.
Cartier's master watchmakers and jewellers will take care of your piece thanks to their universally recognised expertise and know-how.
What is the nib service?
Our specialist will replace the nib of your pen as part of this service.
The Nib Service enables you to have your pen's nib changed.
Performed by a Cartier technician, it includes the following operations: diagnosis, disassembly and cleaning of the inner part of the pen, replacement of the nib, replacement or refilling of the ink cartridge, and reassembly of the pen.

What is the complete service?
The complete service covers all the operations that need to be carried out on the mechanism of the pen.

Performed by a Cartier specialist, it includes: the diagnosis, the cleaning of the nib for ink pens, rollerballs and mechanical pencils; the replacement or refilling of the ink cartridge.
The Rapid Service enables you to have the refill replaced and to have your pen checked and cleaned.
Performed by a Cartier technician, it includes the following operations: diagnosis, cleaning of the nib for fountain pens, checking of the mechanism for ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils, checking of the writing mechanism for rollerballs or other writing instruments, and replacing or refilling of the ink cartridge.
