The Battery Service enables you to have the battery in your quartz watch changed.

Case disassembly

The watchmaker opens the case back.

Replacing the joints and battery

The battery, back gasket and tube or crown joint are replaced, depending on your creation’s design. Finally, the watchmaker closes the case back.

Test

Once these steps have been carried out, your watch undergoes a series of tests.
- Power test to check the chronometer
- Functional test (setting the time and date)
- Water-resistance test
The replacement of specific damaged components (e.g. dial, crystal, crown, metal bracelet, etc.) is not included in the service.
These components will only be replaced and invoiced to you upon receiving your authorisation.
