HOME DELIVERY: ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS COMPLIMENTARY

- Standard: Delivery in 2-4 working days

- Express before 9 a.m.: Delivery next working day before 9 a.m. if your order is placed by 11 a.m.

- Express before 6 p.m.: Delivery next working day before 6 p.m. if your order is placed by 11 a.m.

- Special delivery Premium: Only for special orders

- Order online or by phone and pick up your creation in a Cartier boutique.

- When you are ready to finalise your order, you will have the ability to select ‘Pick Up in Boutique’ as a delivery method during checkout.

- Due to the current circumstances you might be requested to wait to enter our Boutique. We encourage you to book an appointment to optimise your Cartier experience and limit waiting time for your collection.

ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR SPECIFIC CREATIONS:

- Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead time of 1-2 days.

- Please note that limited stock on a creation might require an additional lead time of 5-7 days.

- Products that require a CITES certificate might require an additional lead time of up to 10 working days. CITES certificates are needed to import protected products by CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). You will see a notification in your Shopping Bag if you have added one of these products to your order.

- Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurized or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance must be delivered via our standard shipping option.

- You can check the estimated delivery time while processing your order online.
