What items are available for order on Cartier.com?
All creations on the website that feature an “Add to Shopping Bag” button on the product page are available for purchase online, subject to availability. If you are interested in a creation whose product page does not show this button, please Contact Us for further information.
Please note that a product may be available to order even if its price is not displayed.

How do I know my size?
For rings or bracelets, we invite you to consult our sizing guide in the "Jewellery Services"section.
For watches with a metal bracelet, once you have chosen your creation, you may specify your wrist size and fit preference when adding the timepiece to your shopping bag. Please note that certain models offer our "SmartLink" adjustment system, allowing you to modify the length of the bracelet yourself. We invite you to consult our Watch User Guide for more information.
What if a product is unavailable?
Please note that a product may be available to order even if the "Add to Shopping Bag" button is not displayed. Please Contact Us so that we may confirm you its availability.
What if I cannot see the price of a product?
A product may be available to order even if its price is not displayed. We invite you to Contact Us for information on creations for which no price is indicated on our website. You may also click on the ‘request information’ link on the product detail page.
For solitaire rings, the value of a creation will depend on the unique characteristics of the centre stone. For more information, please Contact Us or visit one of our boutiques.
For high jewellery pieces, their value may only be provided by one of our Sales Associates in a boutique. We invite you to book an appointment to learn more.
How do I adjust my watch strap?
Please consult our Watch User Guide, where you may find instructions on how to manipulate the strap or bracelet of your watch.
Can I get an item personalised?
Personalisation is available on certain creations. We offer engraving for our jewellery and watches, and embossing for leather goods. The product pages on the website indicates whether personalisation is available for the item. Should you have any special requests, please Contact Us .
If you wish to have your Cartier creation engraved or embossed, please enter the text at the time of selecting the creation on the website. This service is also available when placing an order through the Client Relations Centre.
Please note that personalised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
