Returns and exchanges

You will need to contact the Client Relations Centre within 30 days of receipt on +44 (0)20 3147 4850. A Return Authorisation Number will be emailed to you and our Cartier Ambassador will then organize a pick-up with the carrier, to send the parcel back to our premises free of charge.

Only items purchased through the Cartier e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the Cartier e-Boutique.

From 3rd February 2018, you will be able to return your Cartier creation to one of the boutiques listed below, depending on the country to which your creation was shipped.

Should you decide to return your Cartier creation to a boutique, please note that in exchange you will receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of your creation. This merchandise credit will be valid in any Cartier boutique in the country to which you returned your creation.

Items that have been engraved or modified may not be returned or exchanged.

Yes, you can send back the Santos bundle along with all the leather straps you selected at the time of purchase.

Can I exchange the leather strap for one with a different colour?

Yes, you can send back the Santos bundle along with all the leather straps you selected at the time of purchase.

Can I return an item from my purchase?

Yes, you can send back the entire bundle and/or any extra straps. Clients cannot send back the included leather strap for any form of monetary compensation, as it is free and therefore ineligible for a refund.

I bought a Santos bundle. Can I return just one item from it?

No, as the Santos bundle is a set with a single product reference. Customers would not, for example, be able to return the second leather strap for any form of monetary compensation, as it is free and therefore ineligible for a refund.
