Once you have entrusted your clock to us, our Cartier technicians will examine it, define the type of service that needs to be carried out and send you an estimate.
When you have accepted the estimate, the service will be carried out as quickly as possible.

By registering with Cartier Care, you will enjoy, in addition to a range of services, an extension of up to 8 years International Cartier Warranty for your watches and desk clocks.
Furthermore, you will receive communications related to your creation as well as invitations to receive complimentary technical diagnostics and advice.
Our teams will offer to carry out regular inspections of your watch (magnetism, precision, amplitude and water resistance) to ensure its correct functioning.
