Lighters

We recommend that you clean your lighter using only a dry, soft cloth without ever using alcohol, acetone or any other solvent.

A particularly effective and extremely reliable lighting system has been specially designed for Cartier lighters.

Your lighter is equipped with the gas compartment and is available in two versions:

• standard burner
• cigar burner

These large capacity gas compartments (2.5 grams) provide superior autonomy (approximately 40 minutes with a 25-30 mm flame).

The flame adjustment screw enables the flame height to be adjusted easily and accurately with a simple half-turn of the screw.

Before filling your lighter with gas, place it upside down on a solid flat surface. 

Open the valve cap that protects the filling valve and recharge the lighter by pressing on the gas refill cartridge for 3 seconds.

Located on the lighter stud, the flint pusher has various functions:

• it makes it easier to remove flint debris and load a new flint
• it indicates how worn the flint is

Once the flint has been completely used up, the flint pusher is no longer in contact with the flint wheel, which thus spins freely. The flint should then be replaced by a special flint perfectly adapted to your Cartier lighter.
