For the repair or maintenance of your Cartier creation, we are pleased to offer you the option to maintain your creation in the Cartier boutique of your choice.
Cartier's master watchmakers and jewellers will take care of your piece thanks to their universally recognised expertise and know-how.
What is the rapid service?
The Rapid Service enables you to have the battery in your quartz movement replaced, or the mechanical movement in your desk clock adjusted.
The Rapid Service enables you to have the battery of a quartz movement changed or the movement of your desk clock adjusted.
Performed by a Cartier master clockmaker, it includes the following operations:
opening of the case; for quartz desk clocks: the battery is replaced and the working of the movement is checked;
for mechanical desk clocks: the working of the movement is checked and, if necessary, adjusted.
What is the maintenance service?
The maintenance service allows for the replacement of those parts unrelated to the movement.
The Maintenance Service enables you to have specific parts unrelated to the movement changed.
Carried out by a Cartier master clockmaker, it includes the following operations: diagnosis and disassembly of the desk clock, replacement of parts subject to wear and tear, adjustment of the movement if necessary, and reassembly of the desk clock.
What is the complete service?
The complete service involves restoring the movement of your Cartier desk clock.
The Complete Service involves the carrying out of a full detailed check of the working of your Cartier desk clock.
Performed by a Cartier master clock and watch maker qualified for working with Fine Watchmaking models, it includes the following operations: diagnosis and disassembly of the desk clock, replacement of parts subject to wear and tear, and restoration of the movement.
What is the restoration service?
Restoration allows for the aesthetic and functional restoration of your old Cartier desk clock.
The Restoration Service allows an old Cartier desk clock to rediscover its original appearance and to regain its normal working condition.
Performed by Cartier master clockmakers, the Restoration Service includes the following operations: complete disassembly of the desk clock, replacement of parts subject to wear and tear, manufacture and replacement of specific parts, restoration of the movement, and cleaning of the case with a soft cloth.
