Watches sizing guides
Choosing a strap size using another watch
Find a watch that fits correctly and has a flexible strap (made of leather or fabric, or an open metal bracelet). Set the watch down flat. Measure with a ruler the length from one end of the strap to the other. Make a note of the measurement. Order your Cartier watch strap in a size as close as possible to this measurement.
Determining the strap size
Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your Cartier watch.
Download and print the Cartier Wrist Sizer. Before printing, make sure the "Page scaling" option is set to "None" in the dialogue box. The Cartier Wrist Sizer must be printed on full-size A4 paper. Follow the instructions and make a note of your wrist size.
Go to "Customisation", tick the relevant field and indicate whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit for your watch. Cartier specialists will adjust the strap according to your preferred fit and the specific features of the model.
Adjusting a metal watch bracelet
Any links removed when the bracelet is adjusted will be supplied in the case (stored beneath the display cushion). Keep the spare links in case the watch should need to be re-adjusted in the future. To avoid damaging your Cartier watch, we do not recommend adjusting the bracelet yourself.
