SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All purchases are entitled to complimentary delivery within Singapore.

While most Cartier creations are able to ship within two business days, some items may require additional lead time:

 

  • Personalised Items: Services such as engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments may require an additional lead-time of 1-3 working days
  • Limited Supply: Creations without immediate availability

 

You can check the estimated delivery time on the checkout page while processing your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Cartier offers secure complimentary shipping worldwide to the countries below. If you would like to ship to another country/region outside of Singapore, please choose your location.

All eligible Cartier creations purchased through the Singapore e-Boutique are beautifully wrapped in the signature Cartier gift wrapping and delivered in the traditional Cartier red box. A Cartier shopping bag is also enclosed within the package. All online and phone orders selected for delivery are placed in specially designed, discreet, protected packaging.

 

If you choose to pick up your order at one of our Cartier boutiques, it will be presented to you unwrapped, allowing you to view your creation. You may then request for it to be gift-wrapped by the boutique.


The Singapore e-Boutique offers delivery within Singapore. If you have a shipping address outside of Singapore, we invite you to visit the websites for those countries.

 

Please note that Cartier does not deliver to P.O. boxes, hotels, receptions, warehouses, concierges, guardhouses or similar collection points. We kindly ask that you receive your parcel personally, or have a family member receive it on your behalf. Please inform our Client Relations Centre of the name and contact details of the nominated recipient.

 

You understand and accept that evidence of a signature of a person at the delivery addressed is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sales contract by Cartier and the transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you. Please contact our Client Relations Centre for more information.

 

If you would like to deliver it to a business address, kindly include the name of the business as well.

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest you place a separate order for each purchase.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect from your chosen Boutique. 
The estimated delivery time that is provided during the checkout when you place your order is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please arrange to collect your order only once you have received your collection email.

To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving license or ID card) together with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally.

 

For an optimal experience, we recommend booking an appointment to collect your item upon receipt of your collection email.

Only the person who placed the order is authorised to collect the item.

The estimated lead time is subject to your selected creation's availability and personalisation request, if any. 

 

Your secured delivery will take place from 11.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays*.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day delivery services are available for orders placed before 12.30 p.m.*. Personalised creations (e.g. engraving or adjustment) and limited stock pieces will not be eligible.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Your Cartier creation should arrive within 1 to 2 working days(*) from the date of your order, unless indicated otherwise on checkout. Personalised creations (e.g. engraving or adjustment) and limited stock pieces will require a longer delivery lead time.
