Global carrier delays and online shopping volume are expected to impact shipping times this upcoming holiday season. To stay ahead of potential delivery issues, we encourage you to shop earlier this season online or by booking a private appointment at your Cartier boutique. To ensure delivery by December 25, we recommend placing your order no later than December 22 at 2:00 p.m. EST with express shipping only.*

  • Standard: Wednesday, December 21 at 2 p.m. EST
  • Express Shipping: Thursday, December 22 at 2 p.m. EST

*Please note that these delivery dates are for readily available pieces. Custom and other special orders may take longer to process and ship. While our carriers are delivering with a holiday reliability rate of 90%, delays may occur when placing orders close to these advised dates.


Enjoy extended complimentary returns and exchanges through January 31 on holiday orders placed between November 1 and December 31.
