Where can I ask for advice and have my Cartier watch repaired?

  • visit the Cartier boutique of your choice, taking care to bring the warranty certificate for your product;
  • or to contact an adviser at our Client Relations Center at 1-855-888-8798.

When you have entrusted your watch to us, a Cartier technician will examine it, will define the type of service that needs to be carried out and will send you an estimate and completion date. The service will be undertaken once you have accepted the estimate, subject to availability of the parts required for the repair.
