OUR JEWELLERY SERVICES

If your jewellery creation has become tarnished, our shining service can restore its brilliance. This service includes a diagnosis, buffing, cleaning and a technical and aesthetic check of your creation. This complimentary service is carried out in-store on the same day subject to technical feasibility of the piece.

Depending on its condition, we can brighten or polish your creation if you wish. Shining consists of a light buffing to remove surface scratches. The polishing service reduces deep scratches; the Maison recommends that you do not polish an item more than three times during its lifetime.

If a component of your creation has been damaged or lost, a new one can be added or replaced. We recommend that you have your creation repaired to avoid any risk of loss due to malfunction. ​

If your creation has been mishapen, our refurbishment service will restore it to its original shape subject to technical feasibility.

The price of each of these services is CHF 205 plus the price of the new component. 

The minimum time frame is two weeks.

If a stone or pearl in your creation is damaged, the stone and pearl replacement service can provide an appropriate solution thanks to the expertise of its craftsmen.

This service costs CHF 205 with a minimum time frame of four weeks. Pearls and stones added as replacements will be invoiced separately.

Thanks to its restoration service, Cartier is committed to doing all it can to restore the original qualities of vintage pieces. 

The craftsmen in our Paris workshop consult the Maison's archives to replicate the original condition of your creation as best as possible.

This service is based on a cost estimate and requires a minimum time frame of four months, depending on the availability of components and the complexity of the work to be carried out.
