The Service

Available in selected Cartier Boutiques, the Maison offers a part-exchange service in partnership with Watchfinder & Co., the renowned international retailer of certified pre-owned watches.

This innovative service provides the opportunity to exchange any luxury watch for a new Cartier creation of your choice.

Three easy steps to exchange your luxury timepiece

1. Bring the watch you would like to exchange to one of the participating Cartier boutiques. A Cartier sales associate will provide you with a pre-valuation quote and answer any questions you may have. They will also assist you in the selection of your new Cartier creation.

2. If you accept the pre-valuation quote, the sales associate will arrange for a full inspection of your watch by Watchfinder & Co.’s experts. This will include authentication and an assessment of the watch’s condition to confirm the final valuation.

3. Once you have accepted the final valuation, the credit can be redeemed against the purchase of a new Cartier creation of your choice, from any of the Maison’s collections

A Seamless Process

To ensure the timely and accurate valuation of the watch you wish to trade in, the Maison kindly recommends that you provide the complete original paperwork, such as invoice and warranty documents, and the presentation box of your watch, along with any accessories you might have.
