Shipping & delivery

Shipping terms depend on your delivery address. The estimated delivery time and shipping fees are indicated when the billing address is entered.

Please note that personalization services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead-time of 1-2 days. Please note that limited stock on a creation might require an additional lead-time of 5-7 days.

The Global e-Boutique offers delivery only to countries listed in the Terms and Conditions of Sales. If you have a shipping and billing address in the US or Japan, we invite you to visit the websites for those countries (www.cartier.us or www.cartier.jp).

Please note that Cartier does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Order online or by phone and pick up your creation in a Cartier boutique. This service is now available in UK, France, Germany, and Switzerland.
When you are ready to finalise your order, you will have the ability to select Pick Up in Boutique as a delivery method if available in your market.
Due to the current circumstances you might be requested to wait to enter our Boutique. We encourage you to book an appointment to optimise your Cartier experience and limit waiting time for your collection. 

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest you make a separate order for each purchase.
