EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns can be requested through our E-Boutique if you have made a purchase online.
 
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
 
We will issue a Return Authorization Number to you by email and a Cartier Ambassador will then organise a pick-up with the carrier, to send the parcel back to our premises free of charge.
 
Please note that upon receipt of the return authorization number you have 14 days to return your Cartier creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them.

The return or exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your creation.
• Only creations purchased online or over the phone through the Cartier Relations Centre may be returned through the e-Boutique.
• It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been engraved, embossed, modified or personalised in any way.
• Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
• Cartier will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Please note that all items returned via our e-Boutique will pass a mandatory Quality Control, after which you will get notified if your return is accepted.
 
The refund will then be effective depending on your original mode of payment.

Yes, you may choose to return an item that was purchased via our e-Boutique and gifted to you.
 
Please note that the refund amount will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser.
