Strap in green alligator leather, white gold 750/1000 double adjustable folding buckle set with 43 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 0.43 carats. Mysterious complication with mysterious display of the hour and minute hands, skeletonized bridges forming Roman numerals set with 372 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 1.29 carats.
