WHAT ARE CARTIER SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery lead times and fees depend on your delivery address.
If you place your order before 12pm, you will benefit from an express delivery of 1-2 working days. You can check the estimated delivery time in the checkout page while processing your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead-time of 1-2 working days, and that limited stock on a creation might require an additional lead-time of 5-7 working days.
These delivery lead times are applicable to both home delivery and Click & Collect.
DO SOME PRODUCTS HAVE ADDITIONAL LEAD TIMES?
Personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead-time of 1-2 working days. Also, limited stock on a creation might require an additional lead-time of 5-7 working days.
Products that require a CITES certificate might require an additional lead time of up to 10 working days. CITES certificates are needed to import protected products by CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
You will see a notification in your Shopping Bag if you have added one of these products to your order.
Please note that due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance will be delivered via our standard shipping option only.

Cartier does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN?
Orders placed on the Cartier website are beautifully wrapped in the signature Cartier gift wrapping and delivered in the traditional Cartier red box.
A Cartier shopping bag is also enclosed within the package.
Please note that gift wrapping is not available for refills, watch straps and perfumes.
If you would prefer to not have your order gift wrapped, you can remove this option in your online shopping bag during the checkout process.
All orders placed on the website are also placed in especially designed discreet protected packaging for delivery.
WHAT DELIVERY ADDRESS MAY I USE?
You may use any residential or workplace address in Germany where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally. This does not include a military address, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.
In addition, delivery restrictions may apply for orders that include Perfumes.
Please Contact Us if you are not certain that we can ship perfumes to your address.
You can also choose our Click & Collect service when you order online or by phone and collect from one of our Cartier Boutiques in Germany.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IF I PURCHASE SEVERAL PRODUCTS?
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest you place a separate order for each purchase.
IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM GERMANY?
When purchasing from cartier.com or through our Ambassadors at the Client Relation Centre, your order will be shipped from the EU.
However, duties and extra cost associated will be paid by Cartier.
If you prefer for your order to be shipped from Germany, we would like to redirect you to order with one of our Cartier Boutiques in Germany.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS READY?
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect from your chosen Boutique.
The estimated delivery time that is provided during the checkout when you place your order is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please arrange to collect your order only once you have received your collection email.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email.
The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally.If you are unable to come personally, you may authorise a representative by calling us on +49 (0) 89 55 98 42 21.
If you wish to try on your item in the Boutique and receive assistance from a Sales Associate, we request that upon receipt of your confirmation email you book an appointment to collect your item.
CAN SOMEONE COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER ON MY BEHALF?
