Montre Santos de Cartier
1904. Louis Cartier granted the wish of the famous Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont: to be able to tell the time while flying. The birth of one of the first ever wristwatches sealed the bonds of friendship between these two pioneers. The rounded angles of the dial, seamless curve of the horns, and the exposed screws made for an iconic watch that would inspire countless reinterpretations.

Boîte en acier, couronne à 7 pans ornée d'un spinelle de synthèse facetté, cadran noir, aiguilles en forme de glaive en acier noir et matière luminescente, glace saphir. Bracelet acier avec système de mise à taille "SmartLink". Deuxième bracelet en cuir, avec boucle déployante interchangeable en acier. Les deux bracelets sont équipés du système d'interchangeabilité "QuickSwitch". Largeur de la boîte : 39,8 mm, épaisseur : 9,38 mm. Etanche jusqu'à 10 bars (~100 mètres)
