Thanks to our comprehensive service, your watch is ready to stand the test of time. This service consists of a personalised diagnosis to determine the most appropriate work to be carried out and if any components need to be replaced. Depending on your piece’s finish, a polishing may also be included in this service.
This service takes a minimum of three weeks depending on component availability. Charges start from SAR 1,800, subject to assessment.

Thanks to this service, the water resistance of your watch will be restored. This service costs SAR 245 and will take up to one week to complete.

The functional check tests your watch's chronometric precision, water resistance and, in the case of mechanical watches, magnetisation.
We recommend that your watch undergo this functional test every six years to ensure that it is in good working order.
This service is complimentary and takes one week to complete. If carried out in an equipped boutique, however, it can take approximately 15 minutes.

The restoration service will do all it can to preserve or restore the original qualities and aesthetics of a vintage piece. The master watchmakers at our workshop in Switzerland consult the Maison's archives to replicate the original state of your creation as best as possible.

The polishing service reduces deep scratches and restores your creation’s original brilliance. This procedure removes a thin layer of material and cannot be carried out more than three times. Once the case is closed, your watch’s water resistance is tested (subject to technical feasibility depending on the watch’s design).
The Maison recommends that you carry out no more than three polishings throughout the life of your creation.
BRACELET ADJUSTMENT
Carried out by one of the Maison's experts, the bracelet adjustment service allows you to add or remove links and adapt the bracelet to your wrist. A cost estimate will be provided before any bracelet repair.

This service is carried out by one of the Maison's experts, who immerses the bracelet in an ultrasound bath before reassembling it.
