The refill and cleaning service allows you to have the ink cartridge replaced and to have your pen checked and cleaned.

This service is performed in boutiques if possible.

For exceptional pieces, a detailed quote will be provided based on the value of the materials involved.

Performed by a Cartier expert, this service allows you to replace the nib of your pen. It includes the following operations: diagnosis, disassembly and cleaning of the inner part of the pen, replacement of the nib, replacement or refilling of the ink cartridge, and reassembly of the pen.

This service costs 3 080 kr and takes a minimum of two weeks to complete.

For exceptional pieces, a detailed quote will be provided based on the value of the materials involved.

Performed by a Cartier expert, this service includes the following operations: diagnosis, disassembly, cleaning of the inner part of the pen, replacement of the damaged parts if necessary, and replacing or refilling the ink cartridge.

This service costs 1 260 kr, and requires a minimum of four weeks to complete.
