CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER FROM A BOUTIQUE?
Yes, with our Click & Collect service you can order online or by phone and collect from a Cartier boutique of your choice.
To use this service, you will be able to select ‘Click & Collect’ as a delivery method during checkout.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally.
If the boutique is particularly busy, you might be requested to wait to enter our Boutique. If you wish to try on your item in the Boutique and receive assistance from a Sales Associate, we request that upon receipt of your confirmation email you book an appointment to collect your item.
The boutique will hold your order for 14 days, after which your order will be returned and your original method of payment will be refunded. Note that this excludes personalised items.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OFFICIAL CARTIER BOUTIQUE AND A WATCH SPECIALIST?
Cartier creations can be purchased in our official Cartier boutiques or through our selective network of Watch Specialists.
Watch Specialists are certified and experienced authorised dealers of Cartier creations who have been selected based on the high quality standards of their service.
Please note that while you will be able to purchase all types of Cartier creations in Cartier Boutiques (watches, jewellery, leather goods, writing instruments…), Watch Specialists are dedicated to Cartier watches.

Although not a compulsory step to acquire a Cartier creation, booking an appointment is recommended to optimise your experience and discover the Cartier universe.

WILL I HAVE TO WAIT WHEN VISITING A BOUTIQUE?
If the Boutique is exceptionally busy and you do not have a pre-booked appointment, there may be a waiting time before you are served by a Sales Associate.
If you prefer, you may arrange a fixed time to return later and receive assistance from a Sales Associate.
