Extravagance does not scare Indomptables de Cartier, drawing on Cartier’s imagination and savoir-faire to expand their horizons. Tiger, giraffe, panther, zebra. With small touches, in pairs or alone, the animals play at switching appearances and provoking one another.
Once upon a time, there was a panther and a zebra who became the best friends in the savannah.

A two-finger ring in diamonds and onyx sets a tiger against a giraffe, covered in onyx studs. A surreal and precious duet, the ring is the subject of many workshop hours, taking into consideration the individual creation of each onyx stud as well as setting techniques.
Jewellery pieces with two heads were introduced early on in the Maison, and were particularly observed in the 1920s. Under the impetus of Jeanne Toussaint, the Creative Director at the time, these types of pieces experienced great success in the 1950s.
