The Cartier International Warranty is a 2-year warranty that applies only to some eligible creations purchased from a Cartier Boutique, Cartier.com or an official Cartier retailer.

If you suspect a counterfeit creation or website, we invite you to contact Cartier Client Relations and provide us with all information pertaining to your suspicion.

 

You can be assured of authenticity by purchasing Cartier models from a Cartier boutique or authorized dealer; however, we are unable to provide information or authentication for items acquired outside of Cartier boutiques or authorized retailers.
