EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Once received, your creation will enter our quality control inspection process. If the creation is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take fourteen business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. Please note that this estimate may be extended during elevated holiday or gifting seasons, and it depends on the processing time of your bank or initial payment method.

You may choose to exchange or return an item that was purchased and gifted to you using our return and exchange methods. Please note that we are unable to provide merchandise credit for online and phone purchases. Any refunded amount, including any remaining balance in the case of an exchange, will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser. For merchandise credits, please process your return or exchange in a Cartier boutique.

You are welcome to visit a Cartier boutique within the same country of your original purchase to exchange or refund your online and phone purchases.

 

Creations purchased in Hong Kong Cartier boutiques may be returned for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must meet the conditions for return and belong to a current collection, as we do not exchange discontinued pieces.

 

With the exception of cash purchases, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via original method of payment. Purchases made in cash will be refunded via check.

All returns and exchanges must be made within the country of purchase. 

Any protective materials such as casings are there to ensure your Cartier purchase remains in a condition eligible for return or exchange. If you have removed any protective materials, the creation must still be in a pristine, unworn condition to qualify under the return and exchange policy. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, including scratches.
