SHIPPING & DELIVERY

This depends on your delivery option:

 

  • Same Day Delivery: For all eligible orders before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  • Standard Delivery: Your order should arrive within 1 to 2 business days or you can select up to the next 5 business days. 

 

The estimated delivery date will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Depending on stock availability, delivery may need 3 to 4 working days. Limited availability for a creation might require a longer lead time of 10 working days to 6 months. Personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead time of 3 working days.

While most Cartier creations are able to ship within two business days, some items may require additional lead time:

 

  • Personalised Items: Services such as engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments may require an additional lead time of 3 working days.
  • Limited Supply: Creations with limited availability may require an additional lead time of 10 working days to 6 months.

Clients may use a residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally, In the interest of security, an adult must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.

 

Cartier offers secure complimentary shipping worldwide to the countries below. If you would like to ship to another country/region outside of Hong Kong, please choose your location.

Orders placed on the Cartier website are beautifully wrapped in the signature Cartier gift wrapping and delivered in the traditional Cartier red box.
A Cartier shopping bag is also enclosed within the package.
 

Gift wrapping is not available for select items including refills and watch straps.
 

If you would prefer to not have your order gift wrapped, you can remove this option in your online shopping bag during the checkout process.
All orders placed on the website are also placed in especially designed discreet protected packaging for delivery.

You may use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally; however, we are unable to ship to military addresses, hotels, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. In the interest of security, an adult must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering to more than one address, we suggest placing a separate order for each address.

 

Please ensure an adult is available at the delivery address to receive the package. The recipient may be asked for the order number. Your signature or that of the recipient (in the case of a gift) will confirm receipt and transfer responsibility for your purchase. For added security, we may only deliver to the designated person and address on your order, and may request identification for certain items. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect from your chosen Boutique. 
The estimated delivery time that is provided during the checkout when you place your order is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please arrange to collect your order only once you have received your collection email.

To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email. 
The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally.
If you wish to try on your item in the Boutique and receive assistance from a Sales Associate, we request that upon receipt of your confirmation email you book an appointment to collect your item.

Only the person who placed the order is authorised to collect the item.
