Our phone sales payment option will allow you to pay securely through a payment link.

To check the status of your order, you may log in to your MyCartier account.

After confirmation of your order, you will receive an email notification from FedEx. You will be notified about the status of your shipment with each new update. If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.

Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.
You may purchase a maximum of five (5) Cartier creations in one order. You may not exceed four (4) of the same Cartier creation or model. Cartier reserves the right to cancel your order if you have purchased the same creation five (5) or more times, across multiple orders.
