The estimated lead time is subject to your selected creation’s availability.

Your Cartier creation should arrive within 2 to 5 business days* from the date of your order, unless indicated otherwise. Limited stock pieces may require a longer delivery lead time and our Client Relations Centre will reach out to notify you.

*Not applicable for Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Delivery lead times may be extended during the festive season and affected clients will be notified promptly via email.
All online transactions are entitled to complimentary delivery within Malaysia.

You will be required to sign for the release of your creation when requested by the appointed courier.


If your order is deemed to be of high value, it will be delivered via a secure courier, specialising in high-value shipments.

In this event, you will receive a notification in advance, which will contain a request for your full IC number.

Your full IC number will be required during delivery to verify your identity for release of the parcel. The courier will reserve the right to withhold the release of the parcel if they are unable to verify your identity.

Note that there will be no tracking link for high-value shipments.

This service is currently not available. Your e-Boutique order will be shipped directly to the Shipping Address indicated in your order.
The Malaysia e-Boutique offers only local delivery within Malaysia, with a valid local contact number. If you have a shipping address outside of Malaysia, we invite you to visit the official websites of those countries.

Please note that Cartier does not deliver to P.O. boxes, hotels, receptions, warehouses, concierges, guardhouses or similar collection points. For non-business addresses, we kindly ask that you receive your parcel personally, or have a nominated recipient receive it on your behalf. Please inform our Client Relations Centre of the name and contact details of the nominated recipient.

If you would like to deliver it to a business address, kindly include the name of the business and you will be required to receive and sign for your delivery personally.
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest you make a separate order for each purchase.
