Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we may only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase.

We regret to inform that items that have been personalised may not be returned or exchanged. Fragrances and cosmetics that have been opened or have their original seal removed are not returnable. Fragrances and cosmetics may be refused for return unless they are returned in their original sealed, unused, and unopened state.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality check by our team. The creation must be in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase and returned with original certificate, warranty card and packaging. Personalised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cosmetic products must be returned unused, unopened and with their original seal intact. Otherwise, we will not accept them.

If you are opting for a full refund, it will be processed via your original means of payment within 14 business days, depending on your bank.

Only items purchased through the Malaysia e-Boutique may be returned through the Malaysia e-Boutique by contacting our Client Relations Centre on 60 3 2303 5088 or by email at contact.my@clientrelations.cartier.com who will be able to support you. A complimentary pick-up service will be provided to return your creation. 

If you have purchased an item in a boutique, you may return or exchange it in a boutique of your choice in Malaysia. Please note that items purchased in the boutique cannot be returned or exchanged via our pick-up service through our Cartier Client Relations Centre.
Our guidance is that your refund will be processed via your original means of payment within 14 business days, depending on your bank. In the event of needing a follow up, please contact your bank for further support.
RETURN IN BOUTIQUE

Should a product be returned for exchange at a Cartier retail boutique with a product of same value, the individual making the return will only be entitled to receive a merchandise credit. Boutique merchandise credits can only be applied to products purchased in a Cartier retail boutique.

If a product is returned for exchange with a more expensive product, you will have to pay the price difference in the Cartier retail boutique.


PICK-UP SERVICE VIA CLIENT RELATIONS CENTRE

We are unable to process exchange requests via our pick-up service through our Cartier Client Relations Centre.

We recommend returning the original creation for a refund and placing a new order for your desired creation. We will make every effort to expedite the refund for your initial order, which may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
You may choose to return an item that was gifted to you.
