Return Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You will need to contact the Cartier Client Relations Centre within 30 days. The Cartier Client Relations Centre will contact you to organize the pickup of your purchase at your preferred address.

Only creations purchased through the KSA e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the KSA e-Boutique.

Creations that have been engraved, embossed or modified may not be returned or exchanged.

For further information on the terms, conditions and methods of return and exchange, please consult the Terms and Conditions of Sale or contact the Cartier Client Relations Centre.

Alternatively, you can visit one of our Cartier boutiques in the KSA to proceed with the return or exchange of your purchase.

Should you decide to return your Cartier creation to a boutique, please note that in exchange you will receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of your creation. This merchandise credit will be valid in any Cartier boutique in the KSA.
