Boutique Pickup

If you prefer to have your order shipped to a boutique rather than your home, select “Boutique Pick Up” as the delivery option.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. When the piece arrives at the boutique, you will receive an email indicating that it is time to make an appointment to pick up your order from the boutique.
Appointments to pick up your order are strongly recommended, as you may experience extended wait times without one. You may easily book an appointment by contacting a Cartier Ambassador.
Please bring the email indicating that your order is ready for pickup as well as valid photo identification.
To authorize someone other than yourself to pick up the order, please contact a Cartier Ambassador and request a Boutique Pickup Collection on Behalf form.

The Cartier Ambassador will send you an authorization form to fill in with yours and the authorized person’s details – matching a national identity document to complete the process of order collection.

After signing this form, the person designated to pick up the order will need to bring the original email indicating the order is ready to be picked up.

The documents will be assessed and validated by our Boutique and a scan of the national identity document will be taken for our documentation purposes.
The boutique will hold your order for up to 30 days.
Yes, you may initiate the return or exchange process at the boutique, provided the item and timing is in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.

Please note that personalized items, including those that have been engraved, embossed, or customized, are not eligible for return or exchange.
