Delivery Timing:

  • Same day delivery in Riyadh & Jeddah for orders placed before 3pm (Saturday– Thursday)

  • Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered next day

  • We will use reasonable efforts to ensure same day delivery in Riyadh & Jeddah on orders placed by 3pm every day, except Fridays. Kindly note some creations might need extra time to be fulfilled impacting delivery; customization (i.e. embossing & engraving) will require 1 additional day to complete.

  • The final date and delivery time is shared at the delivery step at checkout after entering delivery address and will also be communicated in the acknowledgement email sent after order has been placed.


Other Cities

  • 1-3 day delivery in other cities for orders placed before 3pm (Saturday– Thursday)



Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing or bracelet adjustments) will require 1 additional day.

  • Delivery is available across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For more information, please contact our Client Relations Centre who will be able to advise you on delivery availability in your area.

  • Please note that for security purposes, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any International Forward Shipping services.

  • Delivery to hotel receptions is available. Kindly ensure you notify the hotel reception team of a delivery.

  • Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.

  • Delivery outside of KSA is not available from this website. In case you would like delivery in UAE, kindly visit our UAE website at cartier.com/en-ae.

  • Please note that for security purposes, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any International Forward Shipping services.

If you have provided an email address for your purchase, status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email. If you have not received these emails, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam or deleted folder; these emails usually do not appear in general email searches and may only appear when specifically searching your spam or deleted emails folders. We recommend searching these additional email sections with your order number to see if your emails may be in these folders.
For security purposes, the receiver registered is required to sign for the Cartier delivery. Please note that some packages will require for you to present an official ID.
At this time, we are able to ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing multiple orders.
