Louis Cartier was the first to tame the mythic animal, and his colleague Jeanne Toussaint turned it into a legend. Panthère de Cartier earrings, 18K yellow gold (750/1000), black lacquer, each set with tsavorite garnets, onyx and 5 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 0.01 carats. Width of the motif: 10.7 mm.
