  • COMPLIMENTARY & SECURE DELIVERY : 5-7 business days (for remote area may take up to ten days)

ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR SPECIFIC CREATIONS:

  • Please note that limited stock on a creation might require an additional lead-time of 5-7 days.
  •  Products that require a CITES certificate might require an additional lead time of up to 10 working days. CITES certificates are needed to import protected products by CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). 

- Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead-time of 1-2 days.
