Complimentary delivery is offered for all orders.

Your Cartier creation should arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of your order.

Delivery may take longer time up to 7-10 working days due to possible customs inspection or remote shipping area.

You may track the progress of your order online in the "My Cartier" section of the website.

When ordering products via our online channels, you will receive a receipt/invoice that will be sent to your email in a written form as a digital file once your order has been shipped out.

A printed invoice will be sent separately to your billing address or shipping address if the billing address is outside of Thailand.

To receive a full valid tax invoice, you must submit the correct ID number, full name and address on the shipping information page. The issued tax invoice cannot be changed under any circumstances.

This is not currently possible. All purchases placed through the e-Boutique are shipped to the delivery address provided during the order process.

Unfortunately, we are only able to take e-Boutique orders for delivery to addresses within Thailand.

Cartier offers a delivery service by a high standard carrier throughout Thailand (except to the hotel address) with no additional cost. For your ultimate peace of mind, we also include an insurance for all orders that cover all areas in Thailand.
