RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Please note that we may only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 30 days upon receiving the product(s).

We regret to inform that items that have been personalised may not be returned.

You may return or exchange an item purchased online byc ontacting our Client Relations Centre who will be able to support you. A complimentary pick-up service will be provided to return your creation.

If you purchased an item in a boutique, please contact the boutique directly. Please note that items purchased in the boutique may have a different return and exchange policy, and cannot proceed via our pick-up service through our Client Relations Centre.

All returns or exchange are subject to a quality check by our teams. The creation must be returned in pristine condition, within 30 days upon receive and with its original certificate, warranty card and packaging including complimentary gift (if any). Personalised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

After the returned creations have passed the quality control inspection, the refunds will be processed within 15 working days for the order paid by a credit/debit card and 30 working days for the order paid by bank transfer, depending on the bank of your choice. In the event that a follow-up is required, please contact your bank for further support.
You may choose to return or exchange an item that was gifted to you and purchased online.

Please kindly note that the original purchaser will be notified of any changes to their original purchase. Please contact Client Relations Centre our Ambassadors will assist you with your request.
You may return your Cartier creation only in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Please ensure you have removed all other jewelry when trying on the piece so as not to scratch it. Cartier will not accept a return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way.

Engraved and personalized Cartier products cannot be returned to Cartier for a refund or exchange.

When returning LOVE bracelets, please ensure that the screwdriver is secured in its pouch in the lid of the box to prevent scratching of the bracelet during transit.

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
