You may place an order straight away for amounts up to 100,000 baht. However, for orders exceeding 100,000 baht, registration is required beforehand.
Cartier would like to inform you that for orders of 100,000 baht or more, we are obligated to comply with client identification or eKYC regulations to verify our customers' identities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542 (1999) and other secondary legislation. Our secure online payment system accepts AMEX, Mastercard, VISA and JCB

QR code payments, AliPay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay are also available via a secured pay link. For assistance, please contact Cartier Client Relations Centre where our ambassadors will be delighted to assist you.

To check the status of your order, please log in to your My Cartier account.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment.

Prior to delivering the package, our local carrier (FedEx) will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. For further information regarding the delivery, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that changes to your order cannot be guaranteed once it has been submitted. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled or modified, but you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.

Please note that personalised creations, including those customised through our embossing or engraving services, cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.
We are pleased to offer delivery services to your home or workplace. For deliveries to your workplace, please indicate the company name in the delivery address where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse hotel deliveries.
If you are unable or prefer not to complete your order online, you may contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre or Add Cartier LINE Official Account @CartierTH. Our Ambassadors will be pleased to assist you.
You may purchase a maximum of five Cartier creations per order, with a limit of two of the same creation in the same size. The maximum order value cannot exceed 1.3 million baht.
All creations displaying an “Add to bag” button are available for online purchase, subject to availability.

If you are interested in purchasing a creation that cannot be added to your shopping bag, we invite you to contact our Client Relations Centre, where a Cartier Ambassador will be delight to assist you further.
Many of our creations, including solitaire pieces and high jewelry items, do not have set prices listed on our website. For solitaire rings, the price of a creation will depend on the unique characteristics of the stones.
