You may make an order right away for orders up to 100,000 baht. Before placing an order for more than 100,000 baht, you must first register.
Cartier would like to inform you that for orders of 100,000 baht or more, we are obligated to comply with client identification or eKYC regulations to verify our customers' identity in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542 (1999) and other secondary legislation. Our secure online payment accepts AMEX, Mastercard and VISA. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.
Our boutiques accept the following methods of payment: CREDIT CARD
( VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX / JCB / UnionPay / AliPay / WechatPay), QR code payment and secured paylink.
To check the status of your order you can log in to your My Cartier account.

Regarding the shipment, after confirmation of your order, your local carrier (Fedex) will reach out to you to confirm the delivery date. They will keep you informed about the dispatch of your order at each step of the process. In these instances we ask you to contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre information on +662-430-4488 or by email at customerservice.th@cartier.com for accurate delivery information.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.

Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

We are happy to provide delivery service to your home or work place. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the company name in the delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse hotel deliveries.

You may purchase a maximum of Five Cartier creations in one order.
All creations displaying a “Details and Purchase” button may be purchased online, subject to availability.

If you are interested in purchasing a creation which is listed as “temporarily unavailable” or otherwise unable to be added to your bag, we invite you to contact our Client Relations Center, where a Cartier Ambassador will provide you with further information.
Many of our creations are unable to have listed set prices on our site, including solitaire pieces and high jewelry items. For solitaire rings, the value of a creation will depend on the unique characteristics of the stones.
