RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For exchanges and returns, you need to visit Cartier boutiques within 30 days from the invoice date. Remote shipping is not accepted; the creation must be physically brought to any of our boutiques in Turkey.
Creations purchased from a boutique in Turkey can be returned or exchanged at boutiques in Turkey.
Designs that have been engraved, embossed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Creations for which a tax refund has been applied cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that if you decide to return your Cartier creation to a boutique, you will receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of your creation in return. This credit will be valid at any Cartier boutique in Turkey.
