CARTIER CARE
卡地亞於2019年推出Cartier Care，旨在從腕錶開始鞏固品牌作品的耐用性。現在，所有擁有卡地亞腕錶的客戶均獲邀在Cartier Care平台上註冊作品，更能透過此平台上獲得個人化服務及溝通訊息。在Cartier Care註冊的客戶亦可專享兩年至八年的國際限定保固。限定保固包含依照卡地亞建議的定期全面服務、防水性能檢測、電池更換以及金屬錶帶維修。 此外，創新的Cartier Care亦提供其他多項服務，讓品牌與客戶能夠建立個人化且長久的關係。雖然目前服務範圍僅限於腕錶作品，但Cartier Care正在計劃將其涵蓋範圍擴展至品牌其他作品類別。
個人化服務
卡地亞提供多項個人化服務，讓作品更顯珍貴獨特。此等服務均免費向客戶提供。標準雕刻服務讓客戶可於錶背或旋入式錶冠下方（Pasha腕錶）雕刻訊息、姓名字首或紀念日期。客戶亦可享有卡地亞紅盒燙印服務，可在紅盒正面燙印金色個人化姓名字首或紀念日期。
保養 / 維修
卡地亞提供保養服務，致力讓客戶能夠長久佩戴如此彌足珍貴的作品，並免費尊享最新技術改進，如為腕錶安裝防磁化部件，或為腕錶配備創新石英機芯，藉此延長電池壽命。由卡地亞工作坊所提供的保養服務確保使用的零件均為真品。此外，卡地亞還為古董錶款或需要進行仔細獨立檢查的腕錶提供維修服務。品牌的製錶大師將竭力保留或重新恢復作品的原有品質。保養與維修服務完全以手工進行，並悉心運用卡地亞專家團隊所擁有的精湛工藝。一眾專家透過卡地亞豐富的歷史檔案，運用獨特的精湛工藝訂製所需部件，讓最為精密珍貴的腕錶機械裝置得以重新運作。憑藉卡地亞保養和維修服務，讓客戶所擁有的腕錶迎來新生。
MAINTENANCE / RESTORATION
Cartier is committed to providing a maintenance service which allows clients to continue wearing their creations year after year and to benefit from the latest technical advancements free of charge, such as repositioning a component blocking the watch’s magnetisation or fitting an innovative quartz movement which would allow for an extended battery life.
By servicing your watch at our Cartier workshops, you can guarantee the authenticity of each component used.
We also offer restoration services for historic watches or watches that require special and thorough attention. Our master watchmakers will find a solution that preserves or restores the creation’s original qualities. These entirely manual and extremely meticulous procedures require the savoir-faire of Cartier experts. Experts who know how to manufacture a made-to-measure missing component because they possess unique savoir-faire, all while referring to our archives and putting the most precious mechanical watchmaking mechanisms back into operation.
