  • When you are ready to finalise your order, you will be able to select “Delivery to the Boutique” as a delivery method during checkout

Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing or bracelet adjustments) will not require any additional time.

Our secure online payment accepts, AMEX, Mastercard, VISA and Apple Pay. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.

Our phone sales payment methods include options of paying securely through a payment link or a bank transfer. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.

Please note that we do not offer tax-free transactions on our Cartier e-Boutique. For any tax-free purchases, you may visit our boutiques.

Our boutiques accept the following methods of payment: AMEX, CUP, Diners, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Ali Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, cash, bank transfer, cheques and a secure payment link.

To check the status of your order you Can log in to your My Cartier account. Alternatively, if you performed Guest Checkout, you will be able to access the status of your order through the "Order Information" section.

Regarding the shipment, after confirmation of your order, your local carrier (Fedex) will reach out to you to confirm the delivery date. They will keep you informed about the dispatch of your order at each step of the process. Orders over 50,000 AED will be sent with an alternative carrier, in these instances we ask you to contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre information on 800 CARTIER (800 227 8437) or by email at customerservice.me@cartier.com for accurate delivery information.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.

Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

  • Delivery to any of our UAE boutiques. All locations can be found in our "Find a Boutique" section.
  • Delivery is available across all the UAE. Kindly note that Out of Delivery Areas may experience longer than usual delivery times.
  • Delivery to hotel receptions is available. Kindly ensure you notify the hotel reception team of a delivery.
  • Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.
  • Delivery outside of the UAE is not available from this website. In case you would like delivery in KSA, kindly visit our KSA website at www.cartier.com/sa-ar.

You may purchase a maximum of ten Cartier creations in one order and a maximum of three creations per reference.
