Upon shipment of the product you have ordered, following completion by Cartier of security checks, Cartier will send
you an e-mail with your Confirmation of Order.
The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Cartier and indicates the existence of a
binding sales contract.
Cartier will preserve information concerning all orders as required by applicable law. These records may be made
available to the Customer either by registering on the “My Cartier” section of the website or by contacting the
Client Relations Centre.
